Grades 6-9

Specifically designed for youth, this strength and conditioning program helps participants develop a lifelong love of fitness. Classes will focus on fun while encompassing all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance and accuracy).

Instructor: Ally Greer (CrossFit Dodge City)

  • When: Mondays 2:45- 4:15 PM, April 29- June 10 (no class May 20)
  • Where: Fitness Room, Cumberland Community School
  • Cost: No charge but must register in advance.

CCSS after-school programs are open to youth living in the Cumberland Community School catchment area. If space permits, youth from other areas of the Comox Valley may register.
